Shipping your package

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. In order to obtain additional security for your shipment, you will have the option of choosing delivery with insurance. The latter will be the subject of particular attention by the carrier and a signature will be requested upon receipt of the package.

The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Procedure to follow upon receipt of the goods

When receiving your package, please always check:

  • The product packaging which must be intact.
  • The material present inside the package.
  • If the goods conform to your order.

Once the checks have been made, two possibilities are available to you:

1) DELIVERY IS COMPLIANT

All you need to do is date and sign the delivery note to accept the package.

2) THE DELIVERY IS NON-COMPLIANT

In this case, you must imperatively mention the problems/defects noted on the delivery note delivered by the carrier.

For the reservations issued to be valid: Systematically note that the packaging has been damaged and the precise nature of the damage that the equipment has suffered.

Example: “Damaged packaging and damaged equipment: broken feet”

Please note that the words: “subject to unpacking” or “after unpacking” cannot be taken into account on the delivery note.

Then you must send the carrier a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt which mentions the damage or defects noted within 48 hours. A copy of this letter must also be sent to us.

As a reminder :

  • Legally, you have 15 minutes in the presence of the carrier to open the package and check the goods.
  • In the event that the carrier does not wish to wait, mention this on the delivery note and have him sign it.
  • No complaints will be taken into account without this process.
